Why Teach This Subject

Teach What You Know. Earn What You Deserve.

TutorsBot is India's fastest-growing IT training platform with 214+ active courses and 50,000+ enrolled students. We are not a marketplace where you compete on price — we are a structured training partner that handles everything except the teaching. You bring subject expertise and real-world experience. We bring the students, the platform, the scheduling, the payment collection, and the support infrastructure. Instructors on TutorsBot earn ₹8,000–30,000 per batch depending on subject and batch size. The model is straightforward: you teach live sessions, we handle everything else. No cold outreach, no marketing spend, no chasing payments.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for working professionals and domain experts — not career trainers who have never worked in the field. Our students pay for real-world knowledge, not textbook theory. If you have 3+ years of hands-on experience in your domain, have built or shipped real projects, and can explain complex concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners, you qualify. We have onboarded instructors from TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon, Microsoft, and dozens of product companies. We have also onboarded independent consultants, freelancers, and senior engineers who want to monetize their expertise without building a training business from scratch.

How the Earnings Model Works

There are three ways to earn as a TutorsBot instructor. Per hour: ₹400–1,200/hr for live sessions, depending on subject demand and your experience level. Per batch: ₹8,000–30,000 per batch of 8–15 students, paid after batch completion. Per student enrollment: a revenue share on every student who enrolls in your course — rate disclosed during onboarding, typically 8–15% of course fee. Most instructors combine all three. A DevOps instructor running two weekend batches per month earns ₹24,000–60,000/month from batch fees alone, plus per-hour earnings for additional sessions and passive income from student enrollments. The exact rate depends on subject, experience, and batch performance.

The 50-Minute Demo Session: What to Expect

Before onboarding, every instructor completes a 50-minute demo session with our academic team. This is not a test — it is a calibration. We want to understand your teaching style, how you explain concepts, how you handle student questions, and whether your content depth matches what our students need. The demo is conducted online via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. You choose the topic within your subject area. After the demo, our academic team provides structured feedback within 48 hours. If approved, onboarding takes 3–5 business days. If there are areas to improve, we share specific feedback and schedule a second demo. We do not reject instructors for nervousness — we reject instructors who cannot demonstrate real-world depth.

What TutorsBot Handles So You Can Focus on Teaching

Running a training business independently means handling marketing, student acquisition, payment collection, scheduling, platform maintenance, and support — before you teach a single session. TutorsBot eliminates all of that. We handle: student acquisition and enrollment, batch scheduling and calendar management, payment collection and instructor payouts (processed within 7 days of batch completion), LMS access and session recording, student support and grievance handling, and certificate issuance. You handle: preparing and delivering live sessions, answering student questions during and after class, and maintaining session quality. That division of responsibility is why instructors on TutorsBot consistently earn more per hour than independent trainers who manage everything themselves.

Flexible Teaching: Online, Offline, or Hybrid

TutorsBot supports three delivery modes. Online live: teach from anywhere via our integrated video platform — most popular with instructors who want maximum flexibility. Offline classroom: teach at one of our training centers in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida — preferred by instructors who want in-person engagement. Hybrid: combine online and offline sessions within the same batch. You choose your preferred mode during onboarding. Batch schedules are built around your availability — weekday mornings, weekday evenings, or weekends. We do not force you into a fixed schedule. If your availability changes, batch scheduling is adjusted with 2 weeks' notice.

214+ Courses Across Every Major IT Domain

TutorsBot has 214+ enabled courses spanning Full Stack Development, Python, Java, React, DevOps, AI & Machine Learning, AWS, Azure, GCP, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, QA Automation, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, ServiceNow, Digital Marketing, Project Management, UI/UX, Mobile Development, and more. If you have expertise in any of these domains, there is an active student base waiting. We are particularly short on instructors for AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow — these subjects have more student demand than available instructor capacity. Instructors in these domains are onboarded on priority.

Student Quality and Batch Composition

TutorsBot students are not passive learners. They have paid course fees ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹45,000 and are motivated to complete and get placed. Batch sizes are capped at 8–15 students to ensure every student gets attention and every instructor can maintain quality. Students are pre-screened for basic eligibility before enrollment — we do not put complete beginners in intermediate courses. You will receive a batch brief before each cohort starts: student backgrounds, prior experience levels, and learning objectives. This lets you calibrate your content depth and pacing before the first session. Instructors consistently report that TutorsBot batches are more engaged than students they have taught elsewhere.

Instructor Support and Academic Team

You are not alone after onboarding. Every instructor is assigned a dedicated academic coordinator who handles scheduling, student communication, and operational issues. Our academic team reviews session recordings for quality assurance — not to micromanage, but to provide constructive feedback that helps you improve. We share student feedback after every batch so you can see exactly what is working and what is not. For new instructors, we provide a content framework for your subject — a suggested module structure, recommended lab exercises, and assessment templates. You are free to adapt it. The framework exists to reduce your preparation time, not to constrain your teaching style.

Apply Now: The Onboarding Process

The application takes 10 minutes. You submit your name, phone, email, LinkedIn profile, subject specialization, years of experience, and a brief description of your background. Our academic team reviews applications within 48 hours. If your profile matches our requirements, we schedule the 50-minute demo session. After a successful demo, onboarding takes 3–5 business days — profile setup, LMS access, batch scheduling, and payment configuration. Your first batch can start within 2 weeks of application. We are currently onboarding instructors for AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and all cloud platforms. If your subject is not listed, apply anyway — we evaluate all domains.

What Our Instructors Say

Hear from professionals teaching on TutorsBot.

SAP training is a premium niche and TutorsBot treats it that way. The batch fees reflect the market rate and the students are serious professionals, not casual learners. Exactly the teaching environment I wanted.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about teaching on TutorsBot.

What qualifications do I need to become a TutorsBot instructor?

You need 3+ years of hands-on experience in your subject domain. We are not looking for teaching experience or certifications — we are looking for professionals who have built real projects, worked in team environments, and can explain complex concepts clearly. If you have worked at an IT company, product startup, or as an independent consultant and have genuine depth in your domain, you qualify to apply. The 50-minute demo session is where we evaluate your technical depth and teaching clarity.

How much can I earn as a TutorsBot instructor?

Earnings depend on your subject and batch volume. Per-hour rates range from ₹400–1,200/hr depending on subject demand. Per-batch earnings range from ₹8,000–30,000 per batch of 8–15 students. You also earn a revenue share on every student who enrolls in your course — rate disclosed during onboarding. An instructor running two batches per month earns ₹16,000–60,000 from batch fees alone. Instructors in high-demand subjects like DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow earn at the higher end of these ranges.

What happens in the 50-minute demo session?

The demo has three parts. First, you teach a 20-minute segment on a topic of your choice within your subject area — this shows us your explanation style and content depth. Second, our academic team asks 15 minutes of questions, including at least one that tests real-world depth beyond surface-level knowledge. Third, 15 minutes covers your teaching approach, how you handle struggling students, and your availability for batch scheduling. The demo is conducted online via Google Meet or Teams. You receive structured feedback within 48 hours. If approved, onboarding takes 3–5 business days.

How flexible is the teaching schedule?

Completely flexible. You choose your preferred schedule during onboarding: weekday mornings (9 AM–12 PM), weekday evenings (7 PM–9 PM), or weekends (Saturday/Sunday, 9 AM–1 PM or 2 PM–6 PM). Most instructors who are currently employed teach evening or weekend batches — 2–4 hours per week alongside their primary job. If your availability changes, batch scheduling is adjusted with 2 weeks' notice. We do not force you into a fixed schedule or minimum teaching hours.

Can I teach online or do I need to come to a training center?

You choose. Online live delivery is fully supported — you teach from anywhere via our integrated video platform. Offline classroom delivery is available at our training centers in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. Hybrid batches combine both. Most instructors start with online delivery and add classroom batches later. There is no requirement to teach in person unless you prefer it.

When and how are instructor payments processed?

Batch earnings are paid within 7 business days of batch completion via bank transfer to your registered account. Per-hour earnings are consolidated and paid monthly. Revenue share from student enrollments is paid quarterly. TDS is deducted as required by Indian tax law, and you receive Form 16A. There are no platform fees, LMS charges, or deductions beyond TDS. Payout history and earnings breakdown are available in your instructor dashboard.

Do I need to create my own course curriculum?

No. TutorsBot provides a curriculum framework for every subject — a suggested module structure, recommended lab exercises, and assessment templates. You are free to adapt it based on your teaching style and student backgrounds. The framework reduces your preparation time and ensures coverage of the topics students expect. You are not required to follow it exactly. Experienced instructors typically use it as a starting point and customize based on their real-world experience.

How many students are in each batch?

Batch sizes are capped at 8–15 students. This is deliberate — smaller batches mean more interaction, better student outcomes, and higher satisfaction scores. You will not be teaching to a room of 50 students where individual questions get lost. Every student in your batch gets direct access to you during sessions. Batch size is set before enrollment closes, so you always know how many students you are teaching before the first session.

What support does TutorsBot provide to instructors?

You get a dedicated academic coordinator who handles scheduling, student communication, and operational issues. LMS access for uploading materials, assignments, and recordings. Pre-configured lab environments for hands-on subjects. Student feedback after every batch. A content framework for your subject. For new instructors, a mentor pairing for the first two batches. Our academic team reviews session recordings for quality assurance and provides constructive feedback — not to micromanage, but to help you improve.

How long does it take to start teaching after applying?

The typical timeline is 2 weeks from application to first batch. Application review takes 48 hours. If your profile matches, the demo is scheduled within 5 business days. After a successful demo, onboarding takes 3–5 business days — profile setup, LMS access, batch scheduling, and payment configuration. Your first batch is then scheduled based on your availability and current student demand for your subject.

Which subjects are in highest demand right now?

The subjects with the highest student demand and lowest instructor availability in 2026 are: AI & Machine Learning, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Full Stack Development, Python, Java, React, and Data Science also have strong demand with more instructor coverage. If you have expertise in any of the high-demand subjects, your application will be prioritized. Applications for all 214+ course subjects are welcome.

Can I teach part-time while keeping my current job?

Yes — most TutorsBot instructors teach part-time alongside their primary job. Evening and weekend batches are specifically designed for working professionals. Teaching 2–4 hours per week is enough to run one batch per month and earn ₹8,000–30,000 in batch fees. Many instructors start with one batch per month and scale up as they get comfortable with the platform and student base. There is no minimum teaching commitment.
