Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Tutorsbot platform at tutorsbot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or registration.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tutorsbot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account.
  • One account per individual. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

3. Course Enrolment

  • Course fees are published on the respective course pages and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment for EMI plans.
  • Course materials, recordings, and access durations are specified at enrolment and may vary per course.

4. Placement Program

Placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis and is contingent upon meeting eligibility criteria (attendance, assignments, mock interviews). Tutorsbot does not guarantee specific salary packages or employment outcomes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course materials without written permission.
  • Attempt to access accounts of other users.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass or abuse instructors, staff, or other students.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials, and platform code are the intellectual property of Tutorsbot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access course materials for personal learning only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutorsbot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
