Refund Policy

Tutorsbot is committed to delivering quality education. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • Request submitted within 7 days of payment and before the batch start date.
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • No completion certificate has been issued.
  • Original payment was made through Tutorsbot's official payment gateway.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Course batch has already started and you have attended 2 or more sessions.
  • Discount, scholarship, or coupon-funded enrolments (100% discount).
  • One-on-one or custom training sessions after delivery has commenced.
  • Certificate verification or re-issue fees.

Refund Process

  1. Email [email protected] with your registered email, order ID, and reason.
  2. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  3. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  4. For EMI / instalment plans, only the amount paid to date (minus processing fees) is refundable.

Batch Transfers

If you cannot attend your enrolled batch, you may request a free batch transfer to the next available batch for the same course — up to one transfer per enrolment, provided you request it at least 48 hours before your batch start date.
